I made an appointment with Mark and he was punctual. He was very knowledgable about the blue stone I was looking for and took the time to show me around the yard to find exactly what I was looking for. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with everyone from the counter sales people to the delivery guys. My point of contact was Roger who came through and went above and beyond to ensure I had the materials delivered when no one else was able to. I’m forever grateful for that. The delivery guy Erick was awesome, on time and had a great attitude. Customer service at its finest when dealing with Braen in Randolph.
